Kathy Sullivan has over 15 years experience managing both small and large organizations. Prior to joining Online Trading Academy, she held her real estate license and managed a Re/Max Real Estate office consisting of 6 front office staff and over 75 real estate sales executives. Ms. Sullivan also has extensive operational and planning experience. She worked for 4 years as the Office Coordinator for her church congregation of 9000 people where she managed hundreds of volunteers and scheduled meetings and events in a 20,000 square foot building. She was also a self-employed bookkeeper for small businesses including payroll and tax reporting, union reporting and preparing financial statements.

Ms. Sullivan started with Online Trading Academy in 2007, as Center Administrator for the Minneapolis franchise and was awarded “Center Administrator of the Year” in 2008, for her support and contributions to the franchise network. She has been instrumental in developing and documenting operations processes and training curriculum for the company. She was promoted to Operations Training Manager in February 2010, and became a Franchise Support Manager in February 2011.

As a Franchise Support Manager, Ms. Sullivan works as a consultant to franchise owners to help them develop goals, objectives and priorities. She also continues to be heavily involved in operations training and process development as new initiatives are implemented. She thoroughly enjoys being a resource to franchise owners and staff and strives to offer the tools and support they need to be successful!

Ms. Sullivan earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota. She has served in numerous volunteer leadership positions in community organizations such as Girl Scouts, Chamber of Commerce, her church and her children’s schools. She and her husband of 23 years reside in Lakeville, Minnesota, and have a son in college and a daughter in high school.
